Heart Lift

Heart Lift returns on Monday, February 1, 5:45pm - 6:45pm and will run for an 12 week session.

Heart Lift is a cardio and toning workout for women, led by Sarah Humber. The cost of the 12 week session is $15. To join, simply call Cindy at the church office, 219.365.4747, or come February 1 at 5:45 pm and register then.
