Everyone Junior High age and above is welcome to join us! We meet the last Saturday of each month at the old Lake Hills Club House at 7:00 am. We'll have a warm-up, stretch, a bit of encouragement and a word of prayer before the run. The run will be a 5k or ultimately whatever you are able to handle personally.
