Mission Statement
Our Youth Ministry exists to APPREHEND non-believing students, to LINK them to other Christians, to help them INCREASE in their faith, and challenge those who are growing to develop a VISION for their ministry and to EXEMPLIFY Christ with their lives!
Sunday School – 9:30 - 10:30 am
(quality Biblical & practical teaching for everyday life)
Jr. High – meets upstairs in the Family Center
Sr. High – meets upstairs in the Family Center
½ Time Break – Wednesday @ 6:30 - 8pm
WORSHIP – singing praise to our Lord led by the teens
STUDY – challenge from God’s Word
SMALL GROUPS – 2nd & 4th week
(study, prayer, relationship building)
PRAISE & WORSHIP SERVICE – 5th week of any month
ACTIVITIES – group & individual games
JUST HANG OUT – On Couches, In the Gym, Around the Pool Table, Fooseball, & Carpet Ball Tables
Ministries
T.E.A.M. – Teen Encouragement And Ministry (Visiting shut-ins, spring cleaning, car washes & fall clean up)
Worship Team – Student led group that lead the worship (Weds. nights, Campagna Services, Special Services, and Body & Soul/ Get Off the Fence Youth Rallies)
Impact Team – Drama Ministry
(Practice 5pm Sunday Evenings, every other month drama, also a variety of major dramas: Youth Rallies, Mission trips, Summer Fun Week, and others)
Body & Soul Youth Rally & Get Off the Fence – Spring Sr. High & Jr. High Ministry (Event that reaches out to the young people throughout NW Indiana: Dodgeball, Pool, Ping Pong, Fooseball, Air Hockey, BOX MAZE, ETC. then rally: funny skits, music, serious drama with the intent of sharing the Love of Christ with those who come)
